Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Stickers and stationery products that have been opened or used.

Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom names, designs, or colors).

Sale or clearance items.
🛠Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
